I am a recent graduate of Ironhack's Web Development bootcamp in Miami. I have 7 years of experience as an educator, two of which were spent as a teacher of 5th Grade Math & Science.
I began self-learning computer science through EdX Harvard's CS50 course. Soon after, I joined Ironhack's full-time bootcamp after receiving a Facebook scholarship.
As I have always enjoyed the creative process of problem solving, I am excited to continue developing my coding abilities and further refine my skills.

In Japanese there is a term called “shokunin”, which refers to the joy which comes from the process of “mastering of one’s craft”. The thing I love most about coding is that there is always something new to learn, more efficient techniques are constantly being developed. Most rewarding of all though, is that coding allows me the power to build functional projects which are openly accessible.
