I lead crews that box, palletize, and ship merchandise to wholesale distributors. Our soyfoods are sold throughout the east coast, and our furniture is sold domestically as well as internationally. I am also responsible for inventory, invoicing, freight scheduling, and limited bookkeeping duties.

I worked in a 3-star kitchen serving workshop attendees at the upscale Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. This was my second season of employment with the company and I was responsible for the breakfast shift: both training staff and leading the preparation of the meal. Omega FoodWorks serves over one thousand diners at season peak.

I trained physicians to use Epic software in a hospital system that had previously run on a paper system. Clients ranged from doctors who had never used a mouse to prior software developers. I also built custom scripts for individual doctors to build reports, forwarded tickets to Epic personnel, built temporary workarounds, and gave real-time support (often in the operating room).
