After getting laid off from my job of 5 years I decided to take my learning from an after-work hobby to full-time studying. I have a love for learning and growing and have used that the past year to learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Kotlin, Adobe Illustrator, XD, and Photoshop on my own as well as looking into many other front-end development related technologies. The more I learned the more I discovered how much learning I had left to do and that's what brought me to Epicodus school where I am currently a full-time student. I am excited to work with others to grow my abilities and feel confident that with the help of each other, my classmates and I will all find the careers we are looking for.

I love learning new things and problem-solving. Using my skills to create useful, engaging, and easy-to-understand UX designs is something I have become passionate about and I hope to continue to grow even better at this throughout my career.
