I handled all incoming customer communication through the mobile application platform. This included billing support, technical support, customer retention, processing sales, and responding to general customer service inquiries.

I handled fulfillment of all online orders that were picked up in store, processed sales over the phone, fielded all incoming phone calls to the store, and support all other departments in store during times of need.

I provided customer service and processed various transactions at each of the front-end points in the store.
