My name is Daniella Aceves and I am a problem solver and team player at my core. I graduated undergrad as a Mechanical Engineer in 2020 and have played on soccer teams ever since I can walk. I bring a collaborative mindset into everything I do and have had experience with leadership being captain of several teams. When trying to take my first step into the workforce, I decided to start self-teaching coding because software development would be a great addition to my skillset. As I learned more and more about coding, I realized that I wanted to pivot engineering fields and join the digital revolution. I decided to enroll in a boot camp and completed the Grace Hopper Program at the Fullstack Academy of Code in July 2021. My greatest motivator is looking for how to create the most positive change in the world, and I'm looking for software engineering roles that will help me deepen my impact with innovative products and services that will make life easier for consumers worldwide.
