Coordinate and manage clinical programs associated with the Autism Learning Health Network, a collaboration of parents, families, clinicians, and researchers to improve care and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage a grant portfolio of 12 sites
• Track progress toward milestones outlined in Statement of Work for several projects and all locations
• Create and distribute reference and guidance materials to be used and shared across the network
• Conduct all communication about Quality Improvement Initiatives to the network
• Test and review data collection apparatus

Coordinated and executed a multi-grant program of research focused on understanding human visual processing in the retina and the brain.
Responsibilities:
• Designed and executed research studies involving human subjects
• Oversaw grant funds and ensured that research projects remained within budget
• Prepared and submitted quarterly and annual scientific progress reports to funding agencies
• Maintained digital regulatory binders and confirmed that all regulatory and ethical guidelines were followed
• Provided maintenance and repair for scientific instruments and administrative support for custom software
• Supervised two full-time research specialists and trained all incoming lab members
• Coordinated multiple research sites (Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center and UPenn)

• Designed custom stimuli using Photoshop, Chief Architect, Valve SDK, and Matlab
