I am a computer developer and UX/UI designer ​with a background in the fine arts, who loves the web, design, and the creation process. I am as excited by smart mark-up and clever css, as I am by “sexy” code, and am always on the lookout for ways to combine all three.

Recently graduated as a Full Stack Computer Developer from VSchool in Salt Lake City Utah in May 2018.
My path to coding began with my want to create websites and applications that somehow helped the people I love, whether it is a simplified senior citizen user interface/ experience for my 91 year old grandpa designed specifically for his tablet, a scholarship tracking website for my daughter in college, or a job pricing estimator for my mechanic fiance so he can know his worth and charge clients accordingly. Prior to Vschool, I had completed freecodecamp and Code Academy courses online to prepare for VSchool, but all my freelance work has been a self teaching process

Programming offers me an unlimited supply of knowledge that will continue to change with time, and the ability to build applications that can create opportunities or help others in some way. Im also intrigued by future tech, AI, and the possibilities they can create, but it wasnt until I realized that code is art that does something, was I hooked.
