At McAfee I was responsible for Business and Enterprise Support of McAfee Drive Encryption and Data Loss Prevention products at a global scale. This position requires a high level of technical and soft skills while working with System Administrators to help them maximize and troubleshoot our products within their environments.

At Axxys I worked alongside my immediate teammates to directly manage the technical needs of approximately 20 different companies. Strong communication skills within my team and also our end users was a necessity as we worked to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely fashion.

Technologies we worked with included but were not limited to Windows Server, Microsoft Windows, Exchange Server, Office 365, Cisco Switches / Firewalls / WAPS, Meraki Switches / Firewalls / WAPS, Watchguard Firewalls, StorageCraft ShadowProtect & ImageManager, Datto Backup Appliances, and the Azure platform.

I was responsible for client and systems support for 60+ small to mid-size companies here in the Dallas Fort Worth area alongside my team. Technologies worked with on a daily basis include Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, Citrix, Sonicwall, Cisco, Aruba, Office 365, and more
