I have a Bachelor's of Science in Software Engineering from Bowling Green State University and have maintained a 3.2 gpa. This education has equipped me with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices.
During my previous role as a Front-End Developer Intern at thunder::tech, I gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients and platforms. I provided support services for various websites and became proficient in using different CMS platforms, including Kentico, Wordpress, and Hubspot. Additionally, I managed multiple databases and utilized technologies such as .NET, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to develop website features in addition to conversing with clients. My skills in C++, Git, SQL, and React further enhance my ability to contribute effectively to development projects.
In addition to my professional experience, I have actively participated in various organizations and undertaken personal projects that have honed my skills. My leadership role as the President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at Bowling Green demonstrated my organizational and leadership abilities, while my position as VP of Marketing and Communications in the Inter-Fraternity Council showcased my strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
Furthermore, I have worked on multiple projects like Pair Trading Stock Bot, a Nationwide website, and multiple Discord Bots, which allowed me to improve my creativity and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, collaborating with a team at Nationwide to develop a React website for a class has given me experience working with others. Creating a popular Discord bot used in over 600 servers was a rewarding project to work on.
I am confident that my technical expertise, passion for software development, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively make me a valuable addition to your team. I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to enhance your company's success.
I started learning in middle school with basic applications and projects and then I formally learned in college
I Love solving problems and building ideas.
