Hi everyone I am Shawn, I currently reside in Pittsburgh Pa. but am more than willing to relocate, nothing wrong with my hometown, just time for new scenery. I LIVE for solving problems, trying new things, going new places and meeting and listening to new people\cultures.

I have had a combination of learning how to program. I went the traditional route of schooling where I learned C++ as my very first language and shortly after that HTML/CSS. Every other language afterwards was self-taught through the use of very thick programming books, YouTube and Udacity.

To many to describe but I will keep it to three things: 1.) The collaboration of great minds working together to solve small problems that are used to solve a bigger problem. With collaboration you can learn so much about your way of thinking and others way of thinking. You can see your areas of improvement and strengths. 2.) The solidarity of programming. Now I know that sounds like a contradiction from number one, so let me explain. I love taking on the challenge of a problem by myself and THEN sharing it with others to bounce off ideas. 3.) I love taking on a problem and solving it, especially if that problem is someone's daily challenge.
