My name is Tom and I am an aspiring web developer. I do not yet have professional experience, just knowledge through self-teaching and online learning. I am currently a small business owner looking to depart and follow my dream and passion of becoming a web developer.

I began learning to program during my undergraduate studies at University of Phoenix. Once I completed my B.S. I continued learning on my own, which then led to the pursuit of a Nanodegree from Udacity in Mountain View. The Nanodegree I am working on is for Full Stack Web Development. Aside from formal education, I fill my learning time with working on personal projects.

I simply love to build. Conceptualization, problem-solving, and completion are so satisfying to me. It is always great to complete a project and call it yours, but the learning piece as the development life cycle progresses through its ups and downs makes me feel so good about what I am doing.
